I have sent all the necessary information to our rebuild department. Levi will be going onsite to complete an estimate to restore your property to its pre-loss condition. We should have the estimate over to you within 2–5 business days.

I also wanted to provide a quick overview of how our rebuild process works:

We require a 50% deposit to begin and order materials, with the remaining 50% due at the time of substantial completion. Any additional work outside of the original scope may be billed separately if needed.
You also have two options moving forward:

• Option 1 (recommended): Approve the estimate and submit the deposit so we can begin right away, with you seeking reimbursement from your insurance afterward.
• Option 2: Wait for insurance pre-approval, which can sometimes cause delays or changes to the scope.

We recommend Option 1 to help keep the project moving quickly and efficiently.

Additionally, this can be a great opportunity to make upgrades to your home if you are considering any improvements in the affected rooms or other areas. If so, we can provide two separate options—one reflecting the insurance scope and one including the upgrades—to help keep everything clear for insurance review. Please note that any upgrades beyond the approved scope would be the homeowner’s financial responsibility.
